We reserve the right to limit the quantities of We Are Muze products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

We Are Muze reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the website.
Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the website may be subject to prosecution.

Delivery information
Shipping Time
Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the delivery destination. As the items are very specific the delivery times and conditions of individual designers overrule the general terms of use. Please see the specific information written in the description of each individual product. We Are Muze is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery by the delivery service.

Shipping Countries
All of our shipping will be handled by DHL. DHL will need your signature upon delivery.
This will ensure that the packages are send to the right destinations with the utmost care.

We can ship to the US and to every country that is officially a part of the EU.
Netherlands: free of charge. Rest of Europe: Free of charge for an order above €250. Under €250 the costs are: the rest of Europe € 20, the USA € 26.

When ordering goods from We Are Muze for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country.
We Are Muze is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever.

Lost or damaged items during shipping
When you order online there is always a chance that your product could get damaged during shipping.
We Are Muze is not liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the delivery/shipping services we provide.

Returns & Cancellation
Can I cancel or change an order from We Are Muze before delivery?
If you wish to cancel or change an order before delivery, please call our office, who will do their best to undertake your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm cancelation of delivery if, for instance, your order has already been shipped.

Return and exchanges after delivery
We accept a return in items (non-used item(s) in new condition) within 14 days at your own expense; provided you communicated the return within two days after delivery, and we have approved it.
We Are Muze will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement.

Naturally, you may try on the products you’ve ordered at home, but these products must be undamaged, unwashed, and –if reasonably possible- send back to us in the original packaging, including the clothing label. If an item appears damaged by your doing, we may charge you with a damage fee or refuse the return.

Costs of returning or exchanging your purchased items are at your own expense.
Returns postage cannot be refunded by We Are Muze.

Refund information
We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receiving your purchased items.
We will not refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

We recommend that you return goods via a recorded delivery service.
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
